Today is the day, for better or worse, that I promised myself to commit on writing a single post everyday without fail.
After reading countless of success stories raving on how supportive the ecosystem is in Medium, I decided to take the plunge and clicked on the bold green membership.
Voila! A whopping USD$5.00 has been deducted into my Paypal account for the monthly subscription.
Well, I’m a greenhorn to writing and naturally, like every aspiring newbie, would love to improve on their penmanship (is this the right word?) for an outlet to express oneself.
Of course, I would like to connect with other like-minded individuals who aren’t really sure on how to start writing, yet devour every single material from their favourite writers.
Oh you signed up? Let’s see how long you can last. You know, being a good writer takes more than parting with your cold hard cash. Its going to consume your time, your spirit and eventually saps your life force.
Heck, how about I promise you some money and fame in exchange for your soul?
My inner Satan is always there. The one who always persuades me to take the comfortable path.
This post is dedicated to those out there who are in the same situation like me, and to those who believe that every wannabe writer deserves a chance to express themselves.
P.s. Medium recommend that I attach a picture to get noticed. Here’s last week dinner which has absolutely nothing to do with my post.
Plus, this is my first entry so hey, go easy on me. peace and out.
