Words have a way to influence Man.
Since time immemorial, we invent alphabets and words as a way to communicate and to record our findings.
But that’s not all.
Words conjure a certain description on our imaginations that pictures or movies cannot capture. This is evident from ancient caveman drawings to hieroglyphics, and finally to modern day language.
As society progresses, so does language.
A picture may tell a thousand words. But a thousand words can impress a deeper understanding or immortalize until the end of times.
Our brain is a wonderful, image generating organ. It cannot distinguish between reality or imagination. That is why words can invoke projections to our mind, with surprising creativity.
Words also have the capacity for personal efficacy.
In this article, I would like to touch on three important phrases that could potentially safeguard ourselves from the negative, self-sabotaging thoughts and maximize our own productivity.
